About Ancillary Benefit Systems
Ancillary Benefit Systems (ABS) - a wholly owned subsidiary of Arizona Foundation for Medical Care - was established in 1988 as a "one-stop-shop" medical billing clearinghouse. Since its inception over 20 years ago, ABS has expanded its services to include Chiropractic Cost Containment System, a Chiropractic Managed Care Network, and the newest product endeavor, Document to Data (D2D) Management Services.

About Arizona Foundation for Medical Care
Arizona Foundation for Medical Care (AFMC) - the parent company of Ancillary Benefit Systems - is the largest statewide independent healthcare network. AFMC provides fully integrated PPO solutions that offer highly accessible, quality care for members while focusing on containing healthcare costs for employer groups through proactive medical management and wellness programs.

AFMC's network includes more than 12,000 professional providers in 24,000 locations throughout Arizona as well as a comprehensive contracted network of 74 hospitals, 255 laboratories, 141 outpatient surgical facilities, 392 radiology centers and more than 1,800 other ancillary facilities. 2009 marks AFMC's 40 years of providing Arizonans with superior healthcare services.
